Booking Policy

Thank you for considering me for your event! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following booking policy:

1. Booking Process

To book me to perform, please get in touch with me here to provide details about your event, including the date, location, duration, and any specific requirements you may have. Once we’ve agreed on the performance details, I will send you a booking agreement to confirm the date and secure the booking.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once the signed contract has been received and the deposit is paid. The deposit is non-refundable and is required to hold the date. Full payment must be received no later than 72 hours before the event unless otherwise arranged.

3. Deposits

A deposit of 25% of the total performance fee is required to secure your booking. The deposit is deducted from the total cost of the performance. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 72 hours before the event.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify me as soon as possible. I understand that the unexpected happens sometimes! Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will incur a loss of deposit plus a cancellation fee of 50% of the total performance fee. In the unlikely case of illness or an emergency on my end, I will work with you to reschedule or provide a replacement performer of a similar style and fee!

5. Sound Equipment

I bring my own professional sound equipment, including microphones, speakers, and mixers, to every performance. This ensures the best sound quality for your event. If the venue already has sound equipment, I am happy to work with it as needed. Just let me know at the time of booking what your requirements are going to be and I will make it work! All of my equipment is regularly PAT tested and fully insured.

6. Travel and Accommodation

Travel costs are included for events within a 30 mile radius of Worcester, UK. For events outside of this area, travel expenses apply. If overnight accommodation is required, it will be included in the agreement.

7. Public Liability Insurance

I have full public liability insurance, which covers all performances for your peace of mind. If you require proof of insurance for your event, please let me know, and I will be happy to provide it.

8. Special Requests

If you have any special requests, such as specific songs or custom arrangements, please let me know in advance. You can view my repertoire here. I am happy to accommodate any requests when possible!

9. Liability

While every effort is made to provide the best performance, I cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond my control, such as adverse weather, power failures, or technical issues at the venue.

10. Acceptance of Terms
